What to eat during pregnancy

During pregnancy, a woman should include specific food items into her diet and avoid unhealthy foodstuff like fast food available through various food deals in Karachi. You should choose natural and healthy food products that are full of nutrition and provide necessary vitamins and carbohydrates essential for the growth of unborn baby.

Following are the few important elements that you should include into your diet during pregnancy.
Vitamins: It is the most important element, which a pregnant woman must include into her daily diet. For example, Vitamin C is not stored into our body and it is required to ensure its daily intake by including vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables.
Iron: This element is necessary to help production of fresh blood and performance of hemoglobin is also dependent on the availability of iron. Pregnant women should eat iron rich food items like apple, beans, whole grains and fortified cereals.
Magnesium: It is necessary for the structural growth of the unborn baby and strengthens the bones. It is advised to include magnesium rich food into your diet during pregnancy period. Its deficiency may cause serious issues regarding overall function of your kidney.   
By following above mentioned food plan, you can maintain a good health and avoid any complications during pregnancy period.
