Parental yoga helps you to stay relax and fit during pregnancy days. Did u know that it also promotes you baby’s health. Here are some benefits of parental yoga:

Here are some steps of the yoga:
·        Postures: You have to move your body gently in sitting position. This will develop some strength and balance. You can also use cushions and belts as a support.

How to Sleep During Pregnancy


In the early stage of pregnancy, hormone level is running high, because of this you feel exhausted and if you have some elder children also, then you will feel more tired. This will happen mostly in first and last trimester. Here are some helpful tips for you and your upcoming baby:
1: Position yourself while sleeping
Here are some tips for you including how to position yourself while sleeping in pregnancy days:
Find some pillows: if you feel discomfort or something like back pain, you must use pillows behind your back or under you abdomen, this will gives you comfort while sleeping.
Try to Sleep on Your Side: latest researches shows that during pregnancy laying on your left side is the best option, in this position blood flow to your baby is quite helpful. And yeah if you find yourself in a different position when you wake up, no need to be worried its normal.

2: How do I Rest Comfortably
You can take following steps to sleep without any disturbances:
Try Healthy Foods: healthy meals can boosts your energy. Try to avoid fried foods, spicy foods and eat small diets rich in vitamins.
Intake of Liquids: try to drink as much as possible in the day including juices or water, then sometime before sleeping stop drinking, it will help you against frequent urination at night.
Sleeping Routine: Make yourself punctual, try to sleep and wakeup at the same time daily. If you need some more sleep, u can sleep late after morning.

Back Pain during Pregnancy


 This is the normal issue and most of the women have this during pregnancy. Actually, it happens due to change in your center of gravity because of weight you gain during your pregnancy. Well, you can avoid this issue during your pregnancy by following the under given tips.
Sleep your side: Don’t sleep on your back, try to sleep on your side as much as possible, also bent your knees while sleeping or laying. Use pillows between your knees and behind your back as a support. This will help you against back pain.
Try Some Massage: simply u can ask your partner to rub your back, it helps a lot. You can also use something heated on the back to feel some relief.
Do some Physical Activities: by doing physical work you back will remain strong and it will avoid back pain during pregnancy, try some simple exercises like walking by consulting your doctor, u can also ask some more exercises from your consultant.
Lift things properly: You must know your limits, whenever you want to pick something, sit down and try to not bend and lift with your legs. U can also ask someone for help.
Consult your doctor: during pregnancy if u are facing back pain for more than one week, you must consult your doctor
Back pain is a symptom of preterm delivery, and if there is fever or burning during urination with back pain, not good at all you must have to consult your health provider.

Health Problems before pregnancy


You have to make sure your health problems you are facing or you have faced, before being pregnant, because some medicines create problems during pregnancy.  If you are taking some of them due to your poor health then you have to consult a doctor he might want to change them. Concurrently if you stop taking those medicines it is also harmful, so the best option is to replace them. Here are some diseases and how can they affect during pregnancy:
Diabetes: Doctors suggest that diabetes should be under control for at least three months before the birth of child. It can damage the fetas and can cause long term diabetes.
High Blood Pressure: it can cause a lot of problems for the pregnant woman and her baby including low birth weight, pre-term birth and a lofty risk of placental abruption. Doctors suggests to must avoid this.
Migraine: Mostly the medicines which used to cure headaches, must not be utilized during pregnancy. If you have serious headache you must consult your doctor before taking any medicine.
Overweight: The latest researches shows that the overweight women before she is pregnant, have more troubles during pregnancy and suffers a lot including pre-term delivery. According to the research the woman have low weight before pregnancy have better pregnancies.
HIV: HIV is a serious disease, it can be avoided by care and proper medicine according to doctor’s advice. If a woman suffering by HIV wants to pregnant, she should consult with her doctor first before taking any step.

Feet Care



In Pakistan Feet needs your attention also, it becomes dry and sometimes experience the cracks that are painful and looks very bad. One cannot wear open shoes and cannot enjoy trendy styles. Wash your feet with warm water in a week. Mix some drops of shampoo, pint of salt in water, if you have dark spots on feet then you may add some pieces of garlic in it and rub the spots by garlic it is good in removing spots, and dip them for 15 minutes then remove cuticles by scrub and cover them with towel while they become normal. Now apply moisturizing cream or lotion and wear socks for an hour. It works really.

Dressing According to your body shape:



In Pakistan Dressing is the first item that everybody observes specially in you. It must be according to your body shape. If you have smart body then you can wear almost every trendy style but in exception cases, you have to calculate your body shape first before purchasing any style. 2 Bollywood Movies To Watch In 2013


·         Once Upon a Time Again: This is the movie continuing the sequel to its first installments of movie “OnceUpon a Time in Mumbai”. This time the movie is under the star casts of Akshay Kumar portraying the role of Shoaib Khan aka Dawood Ibrahim. Being hot favorite girl, Sonakshi Sinha has been chosen for the lead with Imran khan as well in the movie. Imraan Hashmi has been replaced by director Milan Luthria because of the need of some elderly actor suiting to role of Dawood. The movie has been reported to be a deadly love triangle. its expected to release in August 2013.
·         Sher Khan: It is the home production from Sohail Khan featuring his elder brother Mr. Dabang and Big-Boss of the industry Salman Khan as Sher Khan. The movie reviews and story line is yet not confirmed in to public and has been kept secret. However, as rumors to be believed, sources reveal that movie is set on the adventures in jungle. The love interest would be a new face or Angela Johnson. The expected release is not yet certain but we are hoping it to hit the floors very soon by the end of 2013.
