Parental yoga - pregnancy


Parental yoga helps you to stay relax and fit during pregnancy days. Did u know that it also promotes you baby’s health. Here are some benefits of parental yoga:
·        Improve your time of sleep.
·        Increase the strength of the muscles.
·        Reduces back pain issue that is most common during pregnancy.
·        Reduce the risk of preterm birth.
·        It reduces stress.
Here are some steps of the yoga:
·        Postures: You have to move your body gently in sitting position. This will develop some strength and balance. You can also use cushions and belts as a support.
·        Breathing: Try to focus on your breathing in and out through nose, this is a simple breathing yoga technique. You can also find out some different steps e.g. grunting.  Parental yoga helps to maintain breathing during pregnancy.
·        Gentle stretching: while standing or sitting move different parts of the body in their full range of motion. This will help you against stress.
If you are pregnant then you have to follow some safety tips while doing yoga in pregnancy days. Here are some safety tips for you:
·        30 minutes of physical activity is advised by doctors for a pregnant women to stay in shape.
·        While doing yoga if you can’t speak normally, then might be you are trying too hard.
·        If you feel discomfort and have vaginal bleeding or any other issue, stop parental yoga immediately and contact your doctor.
