This is the most important meal of the day and it should be taken earliest. It improves your concentration level and keep u active all the day. In fact many people in Pakistan don’t like the food in the morning but it is so important to eat healthy and fresh breakfast to keep yourself active all the day and allows you to concentrate on your studies, work etc.
